Have a small atic storage space the slanted roof and one outside wall are not insulated. Do I need R25 or R13 encapsulated or paper back which is better.

it really depends on the area you are in when it comes to the r-value. but as for the kind of insulation, encapsulated insulation is a lot more convenient.
