Insulating basement poured walls



I have poured walls for a walkout basement the basement is finished but the walls are cold, outside the walls are just painted to match the house. The walls face west and I have no tree's to block the wind I donot want to put dirt against the walls.

try blowing in cellulose insulation. this is quite easy to work with and should be able to insulation your room and wall better.
