how does fiberglass insulation compare to reflective insulation?

I want to insulate a house and I am not sure which insulation is the best. I live a little north of the Mason-Dixon line. I may also want to do the same to a pole building.

Answers:

1fiberglass, cheaper cost effective and suitable for most insulation needs. reflective, bit more expensive and more high maintenance but do perform better if properly maintained.
