redo insulation in partial log home

Contractor did not put plastic or sheeting before putting down foam insulation what is the best way to correct the situation. We had an audit and air is changing every hour in our home.

i think the best way to have this corrected is to get the same contractor and let them redo it. that is the best way to deal with it.
