i have an unfinished storage room in the basement that we just had insulated. the r-13 fiberglass insulation was put up against the foundation with the paper facing towards the room. it was wrapped in plastic. is this going to cause mold issues?

the plastic will trap the heat but will cause moisture. the fiberglass itself is the insulation thus the plastic is not needed. remove it before closing the walls.
