1 yr old home. should i tear down the existing 4' r12 fiberglass on the basment walls? thinking of having closed cell spray foam sprayed on all exterior walls. thoughts? easier way to do it?. anyone have recommendation on contractor (toronto area)?

it is hard to recommend for a solution on your problem since you had not described the situation of your basement walls. it is best to have it check by a contractor. you can find many small contractors on toronto through google. just search for contractor toronto. good luck.
