radiant barrier insulation | |
i recently got a quote on radiant barrier insulation on my home. i've researched and found some information on this but not alot. my main understanding is this is good in hot climates. i live in the l.a. area. does anyone have more information or experiences with this type of insulation?

radiant barrier insulation actually helps your home deflect heat from the hot weather and keep heat inside the house in cold weather. that is the basic thing to know about this type of insulation. this is mostly used in the south and can be teamed up with your existing insulation.
