im turning my garage into a rehearsal room/studio

i am turning my garage into a rehearsal room.

ive framed all of the walls and used 3" polystyreen between posts.
my main problem is sound escaping through the ceiling and the wall where the steel door is, as it opens directly onto the street. im considering using 2" polystyreen-backed plasterboard along with 3" polystyreen between posts and placing "dimpled" foam carpet underlay on the finished wall.

will all of this effort be enough to stop sound escaping?

you had mentioned that the sound escapes through the ceiling and through the door when its open. you can insulate the ceiling and for the door, you may want to consider a second door.
