m of the floor joists & am at a loss in what to use .

the slope under the breezway is from about 18 inches from the ground to the floor joists in the front, to about 4 feet from the ground to the floor joists in the rear. i believe i need to apply something to the bottom of the floor joists to seal out the weather but am concerned that i could end up with a possible mold problem in the future as there is no way to ventelate this space. any and all suggestions are welcome!!!!!!

From: Thomas Brown

you can seal the bottom of the floor joist to help in insulating the room and you can apply spray foam insulation to prevent molds formation.
