is the spray foam insulation good for very dry climates? and how does the house react to it as the house needs to breath?

Answers:

From: JT Johnson

it is important to have good insulation in hot climates since this prevents excessive heat to come in to the house. the house can still breath on that matter by just adding up cross ventilation for allowing air to pass through.
