which is the bestinsulation for my money, traditonal fibergalss 'pink stuff' or this rockwoll i have no information about?

i am building a new home and it is 6800 sf. i put that tech shield radiant barrier but wouls like to strech my dollar on the insulation. which is the better insulatiing product over the years, the 'pink stuff' or this rockwol i have no info. on but is close in price?
