cellulose acoustic wall insulation batting- do you need a vapor barrier? | |
we are insulating the walls and ceiling in our garage in northern california before we add dry wall. we are doing this is husband can play his drums in there. do we need a plastic vapor barrier before we drywall? we are thinking of adding a layer of acoustic mass loaded vinyl between the insulation and the drywall. do we still need a vapor barrier then?
