that depends on where you are talking about. kraft paper isn't a vapor barrier. it is an air barrier, but it lets water vapor pass quite easily. for kitchens and bathrooms you need an actual vapor barrier to prevent the moisture from getting trapped in the walls, as well as ventilation to remove the moisture from the room.
you can do the same with the rest of the house too, the only consequence will be stale air in the interior.
oh, and another name for letting a house breath, is heat loss. air movement is the enemy, not the solution.
the other thing is wood that is sealed will last forever. ventilation of wood is protection against water damage. as long as there is no water, you don't actually need air to ever enter or exit the walls. but the moment there is a water leak, and no air movement you have a huge number of different problems.

you are doing the right thing by installing the kraft face insulation - leave it at that. adding the poly would double up the vapor barrier and eliminate the ability for the wall to breathe (which it can through the kraft face). try not to use poly anywhere in your home as it will trap moisture.
