i have a unfinished basement with a fiberglass insulated floor above.the insulation is held in place by wire lengths that do not work. i need a cheap way to hold this insulation in place. i do not want to use a solid ceiling or hung ceiling .

i need some inexpensive way to enclose this insulation without creating another vapor barrier like plactic sheet. i am never going to finish this space.
thanks for your help!

thin plywood would be fine. plastic sheet could be good also.
