you see he threw the left overs in the attic ,and moved away, so in time another friend says hell finish the patio he too was careless he replaced what first guy did, i noticed the iching and how it effected my cuticles, more and more so i put on a plastic home made suit to cover my whole body and was tring to clean up his carelessness, well project done ,nut huh, im still feeling it but worst i looked in the attic there it was just thrown ,my dumb ass throws it out still not knowing what it can do, i thought getting rid of it would make it go away oops! i looked under a mirgroscope at a sample, oh man what did i doo? now its everywhere , how do i clean it up,? hurry i might fall down and break! thank you g-zus,

the best thing to do is to get a contractor to do the work safely, properly and quick. and then your friends owe you an apology.
