I have two new room additions, they are colder in the winter and hotter in the summer than the rest of my home this is without using ac or heat. I am wondering if they insulated, the older part of my home has older alum.siding from about 1975?



There is 1/2 of a basement under old part of home but not the new addition.

you should definitely insulate the new room. this will neaturalize the temperatures well.
