I have just put in ariconditioning in a 1700 square foot area of my warehouse and installed a drop ceiling. Should the ceiling with tiles be insulated? If so how much?

This area is inside our warehouse. The ceiling in the warehouse is 20 feet high. The drop ceiling is not at 10 feet high. The new ceiling is a grid with tiles.
